ABOUT

A gathering place for friends, neighbors and visitors to enjoy locally-made craft beverages and specialty foods, Tumwater Warehouse District at Deschutes Landing is a friendly, and inviting destination.

Be part of the craft movement. It's brewers, bakers, distillers and cider-makers, bringing locally-sourced fruits and grains to production facilities - and results in a glass in hand.

Beer was first brewed in Tumwater in 1896, and continued until 2003, when the Olympia Brewery closed. Today, throughout the city you can see the efforts to celebrate Tumwater's brewing legacy. The historic Brewhouse Tower is under restoration, the local community college offers a first in the nation degree program for future brewers, distillers and cider-makers. Tumwater's annual Artesian Brewfest draws over 4,000 visitors and an annual Grains Conference draws people from the Western United States.
